Shipping policy

1. Processing & Fulfillment
Standard Drops: Please allow 3–5 business days for order processing and verification.

High-Volume Releases: During major capsule drops (e.g., The Diplomats Capsule), processing may take up to 7–10 business days. We prioritize quality over speed; every garment undergoes a final QC check before leaving our facility.

Tracking: You will receive an automated email with your tracking number the moment your label is printed. Please allow 24 hours for the carrier to update the status.

2. Domestic Shipping (USA)
Standard (3–5 Days): Shipping cost $9

Express (1–2 Days): Available for urgent orders (excludes processing time).

Free Shipping: All domestic orders over $300 qualify for free standard shipping.

3. International Shipping
Global Reach: We ship worldwide via DHL Express or UPS International.

Duties & Taxes: All international orders are shipped DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid). The recipient is responsible for any local customs fees, duties, or taxes. Club Foreign is not responsible for delays caused by customs hold-ups.

Refused Shipments: If a package is refused at customs, the original shipping cost and a 25% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.

4. Lost or Stolen Packages
Club Foreign is not responsible for packages confirmed as "Delivered" by the carrier. We highly recommend shipping to a secure location.

If your package is lost in transit (no "Delivered" status), please contact shop@clubforeign.co within 14 days of the last tracking update.
